Bianca Cleary
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Based out of Melbourne, Bianca is the Head of Property Services for Compton Green Enterprise. With a diverse network of contacts across sectors, Bianca is versed in the changing needs of small and large organisations.
She has successfully delivered several high-profile projects and has exclusively worked on all land and asset solutions for the Department of Transport and VicRoads.
Her areas of speciality include: bespoke reporting, advisory, land management, social living, project management, asset management and risk management. Bianca also leads our procurement team; she sources the best third party contractors for our landlords, whilst maintaining budgets.
Bianca’s expertise is sought out by many due to her experience with notable clients and her vast knowledge in the property field.

As the Director of Compton Green Enterprise, Adrian takes a hands-on approach across all departments.
Starting off his illustrious property career in 1991, Adrian has been at the forefront of industry change ever since. He possesses a wealth of industry knowledge, a passion for communication and an extensive network of contacts.
Adrian has worked alongside a range of organisations from diverse sectors, including private, corporate and government.
Under his guidance and knowledge of the property landscape, Compton Green Enterprise continues to be the preferred choice for complex tenders for many high profile organisations.
