CGES Makes Its Debut at LGPro 2026

CGES was proud to exhibit at the LGPro 2026 Annual Conference for the first time, marking an important step in strengthening our connection with Australia’s local government sector. The event, held at the Park Hyatt Melbourne, brought together local government professionals, industry partners and service providers from across the state.

As a first-time exhibitor, the conference provided a valuable opportunity to introduce the CGES brand to councils and industry stakeholders, share the services we deliver, and better understand the challenges and opportunities facing the sector. Supporting local government is a key focus for CGES, and the event allowed us to have meaningful conversations with professionals responsible for managing property, facilities, land, assets and community infrastructure

Over the two days, our team met with representatives from councils across Australia, strengthening existing relationships and creating new connections. These discussions offered valuable insights into the evolving needs of local government and reinforced the importance of practical, responsive service delivery and strong stakeholder partnerships.

The conference also highlighted the breadth of services CGES provides, including Property Services, Land Management Solutions, Facility & Grounds Maintenance, consultancy and project support. It was an opportunity to demonstrate how our multi-disciplined team helps government clients manage assets, improve operational outcomes and deliver value to their communities.

We would like to thank LGPro for hosting a successful event and everyone who took the time to visit the CGES stand. We look forward to continuing these conversations and supporting councils across Victoria with practical property and asset solutions that help communities thrive.
