CGES Appointed for Doncaster East EOI Campaign
CGES is pleased to be partnering with Manningham City Council on the Expression of Interest (EOI) campaign for a major development opportunity in Doncaster East.
The appointment marks an exciting milestone for our team as we continue to strengthen our presence within the local government sector, delivering strategic property solutions that create value for councils, communities and industry partners.
Drawing on the combined strengths of CGES and Compton Green, the campaign brings together specialist property, marketing and project management expertise to maximise engagement with the development sector. Through the Compton Green brand, the EOI campaign is being launched to a national audience, supported by experienced sales agents and an in-house marketing team with extensive experience in development site marketing and stakeholder engagement.
CGES is responsible for overseeing the EOI process, developing and executing the marketing strategy, promoting the opportunity nationally, and managing engagement with prospective developers throughout the campaign. The team will work closely with interested parties to ensure the site's potential is clearly communicated and to help facilitate outcomes that align with Council objectives while delivering long-term community benefit.
This project highlights CGES's ability to bring together the right people, skills and resources for complex property initiatives. By leveraging our property expertise, project management capabilities and established real estate networks, we are able to deliver tailored solutions that connect public sector landowners with the market effectively and professionally.
We look forward to working alongside Manningham City Council and engaging with developers from across Australia as the campaign progresses.
